Our vision is that public and private transportation meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.
Public transportation authorities (including paratransit) and systems, and private transportation companies meet their obligations for accessible transit under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and their obligations under the Air Carriers Access Act.
